Who we are
Villarreal Construction 207 was founded on a simple idea: the homeowner deserves a contractor who actually picks up the phone, shows up on time, and leaves the site cleaner than they found it.
What started as a small framing crew has grown into a full-service general contractor. We self-perform the majority of our work — framing, roofing, decks, painting, and light excavation — and partner with vetted local specialists for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. That means tighter scheduling, clearer accountability, and a single point of contact from estimate to walkthrough.
